Acceptance of terms
By using GeekRunner's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
Service description
GeekRunner provides on-demand tech support through a network of approved, independent Geekers. We act as a platform connecting clients who request help on WhatsApp with Geekers who take jobs in the app.
Booking and cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through our platform. Prices are shown before confirmation and include applicable taxes.
Liability
GeekRunner is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the repair service. Repairs come with a 30-day warranty. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
